1. ACCEPTANCE
By using the Products and Services on CookMyWay.com.au you agree to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to CookMyWay.com.au. The guidelines and rules are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
CookMyWay does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
2. MONITORING
An enjoyable on-line experience is important for our users so we may monitor your activity on the site, including comments, and forums to ensure everyone is actually enjoying themselves. By using the website all users agree to this monitoring.
3. CONDITIONS OF USE OF WEBSITE
- All users under the age of 13, must have parental consent and will only be able to share a profile with their parents. Anyone under the age of 13 is restricted from using the forums and chat areas.
- The website is for personal use and sharing of your own personal information related to either cooking food, growing food or brewing food. You agree that you will not post any pictures, forum threads or recipes that constitute advertising or commercial offerings of any sort.
- You agree that images or videos you post are only related to your cooking, brewing or growing experiments and in now way contain content that is offensive, obscene or indecent.
- You agree that any post you make in any section of the site does not constitute bullying, does not incite hate, is not defamatory in any way and you agree to refrain from ethnic slurs, religious intolerance and homophobia.
- All images and videos posted by you must be 100% owned by you. You agree that any content posted by you does not infringe on any national or international copyright laws.
- You agree that by participating in the CookMyWay community you will enhance others user experience by behaving in a socially acceptable manner.
4. INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY USERS
The information provided by users of CookMyWay is not endorsed or supported by CookMyWay. CookMyWay is not responsible for any defamatory or illicit material, even material that violates this Agreement.
5. USE OF USERS MATERIAL
By posting any text, graphics, images or videos to the CookMyWay website you grant CookMyWay a royalty-free, non-exclusive unrestricted worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute and display in any medium for any purpose, including commercial purpose. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that you are using the website at your own risk. CookMyWay will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damage allegedly sustained from this agreement or any material on CookMyWay, or any viruses allegedly obtained from the website. If you become addicted to CookMyWay we will provide you with a list of counselors in your area for some therapy, but will not pay the bill.
7. EXCOMMUNICATION OR SUSPENSION FROM COOKMYWAY
CookMyWay reserve the right to terminate your user access or permanently suspend you from using or participating in the community for any or no reason and without notice.
