Penne with yesterday's organic chicken soup

Using last nights dinner to create something new is one of the best things during the week. Flavours get so much better the next day and what better way to celebrate yesterday's trash by making it today's treasure.

Method

boil water and throw the penne in till its done the way you like it
some people really like it hard and some people like it too soft, I actually have grown to love all pasta al dente, it retains the flavour and you have less chance of becoming bloated at the end of the meal
skim the fat off the top of yesterday's soup
place on heat and heat quickly don't cook too much
drain pasta, place chicken sauce over the top
garnish with flat leaf parsley
enjoy an easy meal without chopping anything

  • penne Pasta
  • fresh organic flat leaf parsley
  • sea salt
