Zoe Bingley-Pullin's smoothie recipe

This recipe is the perfect breakfast for people on the go. I have included protein powder in the shake which not only encourages energy production but also helps to support muscle mass.

Breakfast is essential for energy production, helping us to focus and be more productive throughout the day and shouldn’t be missed!

Zoe Bingley-Pullin is a well-regarded nutritionist, chef, author, presenter and educator and IsoWhey brand Ambassador.

Method

Mix together in a blender and serve cold

Ingredients

  • 200 mL water
  • 1 x cup frozen berries
  • ½ frozen banana (peel before you put into the freezer)
  • 1 ½ scoops of protein powder (I prefer IsoWhey Complete in French Vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt
  • 1 x tablespoon of LSA (linseed, sunflower seed)
