Organic Grass-Fed Beef with Aus Fetta and Beans

The first time you eat Grass-Fed beef is like when you try cheese in Switzerland it literally melts in your mouth like chocolate does.
Method
Cook the fillet on both sides for 3 mins and then let rest for half an hour. Resting is the key with this kind of beef as it has no fat.
Slice up your toms in 1/4's and crumble some fetta.
Slice your beef into strips and mix all ingredients together.

- 1/2 cup fresh mung beans
- 1/2 cup cherry toms
- handful of fresh parsley from the garden
- good australian goats fetta
