It's really important to eat breakfast, not matter how busy you are. My brain turns to mush if I don’t start the day right! To deal with the busy day ahead you need a mix of foods that will give you the sustained energy to get through the day. With a few Tupperware containers, travel mugs etc, it's easy to eat on the run or at your desk.

I also always have water with fresh lemon juice, multivitamins, fish oil tablets and a large cup of coffee.

Method

Pop your yoghurt in a bowl (or travel container if you are on the run) and top with the muesli, fruit and any additional, and voila - you are ready to go!

Ingredients

  • low-fat natural or Greek style yoghurt,
  • mixed berries such as strawberries,
  • blueberries (either fresh or frozen),
  • oats or muesli (make sure you find a natural brand that isn't laced with added sugar!),
  • psyllium husk,
  • chia seeds,
  • LSA mix,
  • manuka honey.
