Alexandra Victoria Ford's Beauty Breakfast

I enjoy making this because it is so quick and easy, packed with anti-oxidants, vitamins and proteins, and gives me the perfect start to my very busy days.
On a typical working day for a modelling shoot or heading to a commercial film set, I wake up early, have a quick breakfast and head off to where I need to be. If I have to travel abroad or to Sydney or Melbourne for a job, I will be rushed to the airport so I typically wont have a lot of time to prepare a meal. Breakfast is very important to my lifestyle because I have to start the day healthy and refreshed, without feeling weighed down from typical sugary breakfast cereals or pastries. Breakfast gives me the energy to work hard in the studio and gives me more control of my weight, which is very important in my career.
Method
1. Toast pieces of multi grain bread
2. On toast, layer cooked onion and 1 egg (prepared to your liking)
3. Layer half an avocado and 100 g smoked salmon.
4. Add twist of fresh lemon juice.
5. Finish with a fresh sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
