Polenta Cakes with Blue Cheese

I ate some amazing little polenta cakes in a Tapas restaurant last week, so I thought I'd guess at the recipe at home. Tasted nothing like the Tapas I had but still these are pretty damn good and will be made again soon.
Method
prepare the polenta with the water and stir in the butter, add more water if you think it needs it
place in geared little muffin trays and bake for 10 mins on 200ºC
dry fry the almonds til just brown, place in a blender with the cheeses. When the cakes are cool place on the top.
Ingredients
- 1 cup instant polenta
- 2 cups water
- 50gms butter
- 120gms blue cheese
- 120gms cream cheese
- 100gms slivered almonds
