Sunflower seed pesto paste

A beautiful big fresh bunch of basil should not go to waste. If you make this you can use this paste all week on everything. Substituting seeds for nuts makes this one super special.
Method
Pull off all your leaves from the basil and place in a blender with all of the other ingredients. Pulse until all blended.
Place in a jar overnight to let the flavours seep together.
Use on anything and everything for a week.
Ingredients
- one big bunch of pesto
- 100gms sunflower seeds
- 100 gms pepitas
- 50gms almonds
- 100mls olive oil
- clove garlic (optional)
