Kale Chips

The organic markets in Bondi have come through with the good each Saturday and today's little blessing was this magnificent bunch of Kale. This recipe takes 12mins and is better than any crisp you have ever eaten.
Method
wash and dry the kale really well, remove the hard stalks and break up into bite size pieces. Place on a baking tray and cover with a bit of olive oil and some salt.
Heat your oven to 220ºC and bake for 12-15 mins or until nice and crispy. Eat warm.
