First step to creating a healthy juice is to purchase quality ingredients we would suggest to visit your local organic store to purchase fresh non harmful produce. Or use a detox bag to remove the harmful toxins that are sprayed onto fruits and vegetables.

Method

Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly to remove any dirt or harmful chemicals that are on the fruits and vegetables.
Slice 2 apples in quarters and core them, leave the peel on the apples. Peel one grapefruit and use only ¼ of the grapefruit for the juice. Peel one lemon and use only ¼ of the lemon for the juice. Next chop the beetroot in half and remember to keep the peel. We will only use ½ the beetroot for this juice. Finally chop the 2 pears and core the inside.
Don’t forget to store any excess fruits and vegetables in vacuum air lock bag to keep them fresh for next time.
Now we are ready to juice. Place the ingredients into the juicer enjoy a healthy liver cleansing natural juice. If you have a juicer that is a cold press and removes the pulp from the juice simply store the pulp in the freezer make a juice and eat it as an ice-block for later.
