Oats nuts seeds fruit breakfast - amazing!

This breakfast recipe is an idea choice as it provides good fats, protein, carbohydrates and dozens of vitamins, along with phytochemicals from plant foods rich in antioxidants which protect us from chronic diseases.

Method
Soak in filtered water overnight, add water just until it covers the oats. This helps to activate enzymes that improve digestion and enhance nutrient absorption.
In the morning add 1-2 tbsp of good quality yogurt
1/2 cup berries (or your favourite fruit, great for added antioxidants)

- Half a cup of rolled oats
- Add 1 tbsp LSA (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond Meal)
- Add 1 tsp Chia seeds
