Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Handcrafted by Michael Wilson, international Brazilian jujitsu competitor, this recipe is an easy way to get the protein and nutrients you need. This fantastic banana and blueberry smoothie includes fresh ingredients and the Kapai Puku® Tribal Blend, which contains protein-rich quinoa

Method

Add some bananas, blueberries, protein flour, honey, a tablespoon of Kapai Puku® and either water or milk to a blended. Pour, and serve! What a tasty and easy way to obtain protein!

  • vanilla protein flour,
  • honey, dairy/soya milk (optional)
