Celery in formal wear

Whilst whipping up a chicken casserole last night I discovered a packet of white Castillo in the fridge. Excitement married lazy times meant I slipped it over some celery.

OMG!

Method

slice the celery and layer some cheese into it
serve to some unsuspecting guests and watch them be happiness in a bite
