Carrot and green bean soup with miso

I have a new bamix and it has reduced my time in the kitchen quite a bit. This soup took about 20 mins from start to finish.

Method

peel the carrots, top and tail the beans and boil for 15mins
put through the bamix then add the miso paste and let sit for a few minutes to cool

Serve with chapatis

  • 6 fresh carrots
  • 800gms fresh green beans
  • Tablespoon of miso paste
  • water
  • salt
