Blueberry mango smoothie

Fruit and vegetables all in one delicious glass - the easiest way to have your serves of fruit and veg. The addition of nuts and seeds provide additional nutrients. A glass of this smoothie will keep you going for a few hours.
Method
Put everything in the blender and blend till smooth.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 mango, cut up
- 1 cup celery, roughly 1 stalk, cut up
- 1/3 cucumber, roughly 5cm piece, cut up
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 tablespoons almond meal
- 1 tablespoon pepitas
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 3/4 cup filter water
