Rum Sizzles

Nothing like your friend telling you its his birthday at 2am. That is when you bring out your best rum and start mixing it with any fruit you have about the kitchen. Last night it was grapefruit and passionfruit. Actually quite a winner.

Method

Place a shot of rum in nice looking glass, add double the amount of grapefruit juice then fill the rest with ginger beer, garnish the top with passionfruit and sing happy birthday.
