Corn Tortillas

We finally bought a tortilla press! It works amazingly, leaves so much extra work for the birds. Can't believe how simple it was - awesome times.

Method

Mix the water into the corn flour a bit at a time and make a nice stiff dough. Make a small round ball in your hand and press it in between pieces of plastic in the tortilla press. Peel off the paper and cook in a dry pan with no oil.
