3 minute spring beans

When beans are so fresh don't leave them in the fridge for days, just cook them and eat them straight away. This is the easiest and quickest way to snack on beans.
Method
DOn't bother top and tailing the beans, just boil them for 2 mins in salty water. Drain and cover with the horseradish, oil and grapefruit juice. You will not be disappointed and eating them like this will make sure you only eat fresh beans from now on.
Ingredients
- 500gms freshest beans you can get
- dash of good olive oil
- dash of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- tablespoon horseradish
