Penne Pasta with Chorizo

This is so quick and easy and taste great too.
Method
Cook pasta as directed on packet. Then in a pan on a high add the olive oil, onions and garlic and cook until the onions are tender. Then add the white wine and reduce the wine getting all the flavour of the bottom of the pan. Then add chorizo and fry for a few mins getting the sausage crispy on the sides. When your pasta is cooked, drain and keep a wine glass of the pasta water. Add the pasta to the chorizo mixture with the pasta water and toss for a min. Then add Parsley and grate some parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of penne pasta
- 1 medium brown onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 Chorizo sausage roughly sliced
- olive oil
- A slash of white wine
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley roughly chopped
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper

What a great recipe this one was, I made this last night and added cherry tomatoes.
