Yoghurt Eggs with parsley

I love it when your eggs are so good and fresh you don't need to cook them with any milk. This recipe is so good and it fills you up nicely till lunch.
Method
whisk your eggs with a touch of salt and the parsley
heat some oil in a pan and pour in the eggs mix
let cook through then flip out to a plate and serve with a good dollop of sheep's milk yoghurt
Ingredients
- 2 fresh organic free range eggs
- dollop of fresh sheep's milk yoghurt
- handful of fresh parsley
