Tahini poached eggs

We are a little obsessed with Tahini at my house and it seems to end up on everything. The combo with a good runny egg and Tahini is something you need to try.

Method

Get a large heavy based pot and fill it with water. Get the water boiling and season it well with white wine vinegar.
Crack your eggs into the boiling water once you have created a whirlpool. It only needs two minutes for the perfect egg.

Serve on Iggy's sourdough and cover with tahini.
