Beef Fillet Burgers

After a big power walk with no lunch in the National Park George and Simon were hanging for a serious burger

Method

Brush with oil, and lightly toast buns. Lightly spread with tahini and set aside.

Use a mandolin to slice fennel and Spanish Onion

Chop Bok Choy, fry until starting to brown, add generous amount of Oyster Sauce and light soy and set aside.

Slice tomatoes and cheese

Fry beef at a high heat in a heavy based frying pan, around 4 minutes each side (OK when you poke it and it springs back a little). Rest for 8 minutes.

Assemble!

Ingredients

  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 x 160g beef portions
  • 1 Bunch Bok Choy
  • 1/2 bulb Fennel
  • 1/2 Spanish onion
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Good tomatoes
  • Slices mozarella
  • Tahini
  • Olive Oil
