Chicken and Corn in White Wine and Mustard

I love 20 minute meals and this one looks strange with the corn but it tastes just perfect.
Method
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in the olive oil for a few minutes. Chop the chicken into bite size pieces and brown in the pan with the thyme. Add the wine and mustard stir through and cover on a low simmer for 15mins. Add the corn and let rest for a few minutes.
Ingredients
- one onion
- 2 chicken thighs
- 4 large garlic cloves
- sprig thyme
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup white wine
- dash olive oil
- one fresh corn cob
- tsp dijon mustard
