Crispy Skin Salmon with baked carrots

Another fish delivery from Harvest to Home, perfectly fresh salmon ready for a crispin' on the stove.

Method
Cut the veg, cover with oil and a bit of salt and quick bake on 250ÂșC for 20 mins.
Heat a pan on medium with a dash of oil place the fish skin side down for 7 minutes, flip for 3 mins. Turn off and leave in the pan for 5 mins.
Serve with the veg.
