Organic Grass Fed Beef Steak with Parsnip and Swede mash

If you are going to eat beef I say eat the best. Eat less of it but go for the good stuff. This Beef is from the Hunter Valley and is consistently amazing melt in the mouth type of beef. The only way it should be be served. A low GI mash is also the way forward to level out any insulin woes.

Heat a frying pan to high heat with a small bit of oil.
Place steaks in and pan fry for 6 minutes on the first side 4 minutes on the other. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
