Coconut Rice Pudding with Blood Limes

I've been craving rice pudding for about 2 years, I don't know why I feel like it all the time and never cook it because I think it will take too long. But really its easy, simple quick and deliciously sweet.
Method
Wash the rice, cover with water, add the cinnamon and spices and rapid boil for about 15 mins till most of the water has absorbed. Remove the cardamon pods and cinnamon and add the coconut milk and suger. Cover and simmer for a further 15 mins. Add in the coconut cream and simmer for 5 mins.
Serve with bananas and blood limes.

- 1 cup white rice
- cinnamon quill
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cardamon pods
- tsp garam masala
- 250mls coconut milk
- 100mls coconut cream
- banana
- blood limes
