Pear & Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding

ZOMG so awesome.
So filling, so chocolaty, so rich.
Hmmmm.
These little guys are perfect when entertaining, you can prepare them days before and just pop them in the oven minutes before serving.
Method
Super simple to make, just:
* Blend together everything but the pears, add more booze and chocolate to suit your taste
* Place the pears in the bottom of small, individual sized bowls and pour the combined ingredients on top
* Put into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C (they're meant to be like a Souffle, cooked on the outside, totally runny on the inside)
* Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
- 1 tin of Pears in Juice
- 125g plain flour
- 125g caster sugar
- 25g cocoa
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp bi-carb
- 150g soft unsalted butter
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 2tsp Cointreau
- 2 eggs
