Chorizo Bocconcini Potato Bake

Ok, so this might not be the healthiest treat in the world, but its so quick, simple and tasty as tasty thing from tasty land. The sausage really makes this dish and you don't need too much of it.

Method

Slice everything finely and place in layers in a good baking tray with the oil and salt. Bake on 200ÂșC for 40 mins.

Serve with fresh lettuce to help break it all down.

Ingredients

  • 1 chorizo sausage
  • 4 waxy potatoes
  • dash good olive oil
  • handful flat leaf parsley
  • salt
  • big garlic clove
