Quick Quinoa and Egg Breaky

I'm road testing how quick I can whip up a good breakfast this week. This one is just a beauty, so full of proteins and complex carbs and iron you just can't beat this and it creates itself while you are in the shower and putting your shoes on.
Method
Grab a small pot with a tight lid place the water and the quinoa and the seaweed in and place on a medium heat with the lid on.
Go and have a shower, dry off do your thing and put your clothes on - about 20 mins. Come back and give it a quick stir. Remove from heat and keep the lid on.
Go to fridge and tear off a hand full of any kind of green leafy you have and grab an egg. Heat a pan and crack the egg and chuck in the spinach, sprinkle some water over the spinach. Go and put your shoes on or something else for 3 mins.
Come back grab a bowl place the quinoa and spinach on the bottom and top with the egg and spinach.
Amazing, no fuss, nutritious and delicious.

- half cup quinoa
- 1.5 cups water
- handful of any kind of dried seaweed
- one egg
- handful of any green leafed veg
