Custard Cake

Vanilla Custard Powder Cake. Easy to prepare, it needs just a few ingredients and worth to try it.

Method

Make sure everything you need is at room temperature before you start.

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Butter and line a 22 cm diamerter spring form.
Put all of the above ingredients except the milk, in a bowl and mix until combined.

Mix to a smooth batter, and then add the milk a tablespoon at a time to make a soft dropping consistency.

Pour into the prepared spring form and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
