Method

honestly, its gotta be by far the simplest recipe in the world. grab organic ones if you are concerned with chemical levels on them.
peel a banana (or 20) place it (or them) in a plastic bag with the air sucked out of it (this reduces the ice coating on the nana) and place in the coldest part of the freezer.
freezes overnight.
my kid, along with almost all her freinds and myself have been hooked on them for years now.
different flavours from different levels of ripeness. dip in choccy, milo, nutella or just plain.
