Gomitas

Gummi candy venezuelan style homemade version.
Method
In a bowl place 1/2 cup water and the sugar, cook stirring until getting a syrup consistency.
Add one envelope of gelatine of the chosen flavor and stir until fully dissolved.
In a separated bowl, add the unflavored gelatine to the rest of the water, stir until dissolved. Pour into the bowl with the sugar syrup, stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a bowl (make sure not too make a too thick layer), cool down to room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
Repeat the procedure with the other chosen flavors.
Cut in your favorite shapes a sprinkle with sugar.
Ingredients
- •Unflavored gelatine, 1 envelope (per flavor gelatine box)
- •Water (Boiling), 1 cup(1/2 and 1/2 divided) (per gelatine box)
- •Sugar, 3 cups (per gelatine box)
- •Gelatine powder (flavor you like, we used 3 different ones), 1 (per color)
- •Sugar (for sprinkling)
