Guacamole

I got chatting with the lady I bought my avocados from today and asked her what she put in her guacamole. She convinced me that putting just a little bit of fresh mint in was the secreto of the best guacamole. I gave it a bash and it was delicious.

Method

Open the avocados and mash them with a fork, mix through the lime straight away. Chop the onion, coriander and mint leaves really fine and mix through. Don't forget the salt.

Ingredients

  • 3 x avocados
  • 1 small white onion
  • juice of half a lime
  • pinch of salt
  • handful of coriander
  • 5 mint leaves
