Not sure what this is

This has started to grow out of our compost heap, we thought it might have been a potato but its not really growing into anything

Method

Throw compost into a pile, dig it a bit and then wait

Ingredients

  • Anyone have any clues?

looks like potato to me, they will grow under the ground and you just have to keep chucking the soil over the green growth i think

Definitely potatoes. Our compost heap does this too;-) It's become our unofficial potato patch:-)
