Breakfast chapatis

Breakfast chapatis

I love a good chapati they are so easy and feel so much nicer to eat rather that store bought bread. This morning I used double the amount of coconut flour than normal it was delicious.

Method

Throw your flour into a kitchen aid with a kneading hook and add in water bit by bit. Leave to knead for about 5 minutes.

Let the dough sit for 20 mins.

Grab small pieces of dough and roll out flat with a rolling pin on some flour, get as thin as you can.

Heat a pan and dry fry the chapatis til they puff up, turn over and remove from pan as soon as they start to burn. You can shove them on the gas flame for a few seconds if you need to give them a bit of push at the end.

Serve with dahl.
