Naughty but nice home made chips
I really do try to keep away from potatoes but just can't help myself I made these for my kids, I did, really!
Method
peel potatoes and chop into chip sizes then boil till ready heat oil in a wok then add boiled chips and sprinle with some salt fry until crispy and brown serve with anything yummy
Ingredients
- potatoes
- salt
- olive oil

no really crunchy i think the salt is a must for them and i boiled them until they were cooked !!
how long do you need to boil and fry them for? did you make them really soft or stil crunchy?
