Spring Time Toffee Cookies

Spring Time Toffee Cookies, easy and perfect for using the m&m's that you've left from easter.
Method
Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture.
Stir in the toffee cubes, trying to spread evenly through cookie dough.
Make balls of cookie dough, about 3 cm wide or a little bit less. After making the shape of ball, press about six m&m's on the top of the cookie.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. The edges should be golden brown.

- •Toffee (cubed), 2 cups
- •Easter colored M & M's, 2 cups
