Raspberry Soda

This is not exactly a cocktail, but very good the day after a night on the cocktails!
Method
Blend berries in a blender until liquid
place water and sugar in pan and bring to simmer
add berries and stir cook for about 10 minutes until its starts to thicken
remove from heat and when cooled stir in the lemon juice
Keep in the fridge until you need it for either vodka or the day after vokda with just soda water
Ingredients
- punnet raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- half a lemon squezed
- soda water
