Rosewater Yoghurt with Pistachios & Raspberries

A lovely concoction of flavours to be eaten for breakfast, as a snack or served as dessert. If a fresh punnet of raspberries is too pricey, buy a box from the supermarket freezer and keep in the fridge to scoop up at anytime.

Method

1. Add to a bowl a desired amount of vanilla yoghurt.

2. Teaspoon in desired amount of rosewater and stir.

3. Top with raspberries and pistachios. Enjoy!

  • Rosewater
  • Hulled Pistachios
