Coconut Flour Chapatis

I seem to want to throw coconut flour into everything at the moment but really its just fat and makes everything heavy.
These chapatis were pretty damn good though, especially with the dahl.
Method
Throw your flour into a kitchen aid with a kneading hook and add in water bit by bit. Leave to knead for about 5 minutes.
Let the dough sit for 20 mins.
Grab small pieces of dough and roll out flat with a rolling pin on some flour, get as thin as you can.
Heat a pan and dry fry the chapatis til they puff up, turn over and remove from pan as soon as they start to burn. You can shove them on the gas flame for a few seconds if you need to give them a bit of push at the end.
Serve with dahl.

- 1 cup 00 bakers flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- water
- pinch salt
