Burnt Garlic with Green Beans and Carraway Seeds

Jazzing up Green Beans on a cold night is easy.

Method

Boil the beans for a few minutes.
Heat the butter and oil in a hot pan and throw in the garlic and seeds and cook till just burnt, not black. Add in the beans and stir for a minute then serve.

Ingredients

  • 500gms fresh green beans
  • 50gms butter
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped roughly
  • dash of olive oil
  • tsp carraway seeds
