Burnt Garlic with Green Beans and Carraway Seeds

Jazzing up Green Beans on a cold night is easy.
Method
Boil the beans for a few minutes.
Heat the butter and oil in a hot pan and throw in the garlic and seeds and cook till just burnt, not black. Add in the beans and stir for a minute then serve.
Ingredients
- 500gms fresh green beans
- 50gms butter
- 4 garlic cloves chopped roughly
- dash of olive oil
- tsp carraway seeds
