re-created Birthday potatoes

Although it wasn't anyone's Birthday and they suspiciously look like witchetty grubs. They sounded delicious so I tried them and absolutely loved them. I will be cooking them more often.

Method

peel your potatoes ,score them with a sharp knife as close as possible cover with butter ,add some sage i used rosemary as i had no sage bake in oven for about 1/2 hr and serve when browned i used sour cream as i had no horseradish i will definately be trying the original recipe next time but we really enjoyed them just like this too !!
