Veg stiry fry with chia seeds

A never fail healthy dish tasty and fulfilling on so many levels
Method
Chop veg like you like them and mash the garlic and ginger.
Heat peanut oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds till they start to pop and make a noise. Add the garlic onion and ginger and stir for one minute only, add the soy and sauces and mix through, add a tiny bit of water now and then throw in the tempeh and let it get really hot. Then add your veg and cook till just turning soft.
Serve with chia seeds and dollop of youghurt.

- one carrot
- 1/4 bunch broccoli
- 1/8th purple cabbage
- one small onion
- 100gms tempeh
- one garlic clove
- small pieces of ginger
- cumin seeds
- mung beans
- dash tamari
- small dash dark soy
- smallest dash fish sauce
- peanut oil
- sesame oil
