Gluten-Free Seeded Bread

Now there's a solution to all those packaged, tiny sized gluten-free bread loaves which lack in other health benefits. By making your own, you can pack them with seeds and use a loaf tin that's gigantic if you so wish!
Method
1. Sift flour and add all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix together well to create a thick dough.
3. Fill loaf tin with mixture, making sure it is all compressed and there are no holes
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, depending on oven strength. Keep watching and testing with a cake tester to ensure it is baked to perfection!
