pop cakes !!
Imagination, patience and a good sense of humour is needed to make these if your making them with the mini Masterchefs
Method
Bake your cake as pkt mix, cool completely then break up in a bowl into pieces as crumby as possible.
Add about a cup of sifted icing sugar and 250grms of cream cheese with a splash of milk. Mix until you can knead with your hands, then roll into balls and place stick in the centre of each.
Freeze overnight.
Mix your icing to any colour you fancy and cover over your cake balls then sprinkle with the sprinkles.
I suggest you keep the balls as frozen as possible as they do start to fall apart when they thaw. I also suggest that this is not a job to do with the mini Masterchefs unless you don't mind sprinkles and icing everywhere. We did have a lot of fun doing these but you could really do some spectacular art without the help of the mini Masters !
