beef-a-la-stroganoffa with pasta shells of course!!
no fuss and able to cook with annoying little people chucking one!!
Method
dice meat i like to do it small for the precious people in your life
slice carrot
chop shallots
chop mushrooms
chop garlic nice and small
place garlic in pan with some olive oil
chuck in the chuck
add shallots , mushrooms and carrot stir and let the red wine breath!! then add pkt of french onion soup with 3 cups of water by now your wine has caught its breath and you can not just sip it but gulp if necessary i usually do as i sometimes cook with one of my guests chucking it on the floor let simmer as you do kid on floor then pop the water on for the sweet extra little shell pasta to boil away in while you check the wine doesnt need a refill phew it does stir in the sour cream and wait for the microscopic shells your daughter had to have to cook and woohoo serve and enjoy !!

- 300grms of chuck no pun intended steak
- 1 carrot
- 1 stem of shallots
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 pkt french onion soup
- 3 cups of water
- 3 good size spoons of sour cream
- 2 cups of little shell pasta (4 the little people)
- 2 cloves of garlic
