Balsamic Mushrooms

After cooking these on the pan, throw on a beef fillet and let the steak suck up all the juices.
Method
1. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frypan.
2. Add whole mushrooms and stir and cook until brown. Then add chilli flakes and salt.
3. Throw over a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and mix. Cook for a little longer and serve.
