Not much cooking involved in this refreshing, afternoon snack. Rather get cutting and crumbling. Garnishing with mint leaves completes the dish.
Method
1. Cut watermelon into bite-size morsels.
2. Crumble fetta onto the watermelon.
3. Garnish with some mint leaves.
