The ultimate bush cocktail for when you didn't even think MacGuyver could squeeze a cocktail out of what you got in the fridge.

Method

Cube lime leaving 2 x slices for garnish.

Muddle lime cubes, grated palm sugar and rum in a coffee cup with a rolling pin or heavy wooden implement.

Drink over ice.
