Gluten-Free Pancakes

Nothing better than a lazy, Saturday morning with rain hitting the windows and hot, steamy pancakes! This is the most basic pancake recipe ever. Although the gluten-free flour can make their appearance turn out a little imperfect, they still taste delectable with butter and golden syrup!
Method
This quantity makes enough for 2 hungry risers.
1. Beat egg in small bowl. In a large bowl that has a pouring spout, add flour, milk, salt and then add beaten egg.
2. With a hand beater, mix altogether until smooth and there are no signs of lumps.
3. Add butter to a small, hot frypan and start the cooking session. Pile up pancakes on a plate, covering them to keep them hot.
4. Serve with butter and golden syrup and/or fresh lemon juice and sugar.
